These Terms & Conditions ("Conditions") govern the general relationship between Vinta Automations ("we," "us," or "our") and any individual or entity ("you" or "your") that accesses, browses, or uses our website, services, or products. By using our website or services, you agree to these Conditions.

These Conditions supplement our Terms of Service, which specifically govern the use of the VintaOS platform. In case of conflict between these Conditions and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevails for matters related to the use of VintaOS.

3. Website use

You may browse our public website without providing any personal information. When you visit our website:

• You may view pages, read content, and access public information freely.
• You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to disrupt its operation, introduce malware, or scrape content without permission.
• All content on this website (text, design, logo, graphics) is owned by Vinta Automations and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Algerian Dinars (DA) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with thirty (30) days' advance notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to existing subscriptions.

6. User obligations

• Use the services only for their intended purpose (school management).
• Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection laws when handling student and staff personal data.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Ordonnance n° 03-18 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data. Academy owners are responsible for ensuring they have the legal basis to collect and process student and staff data entered into VintaOS.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the VintaOS platform, website, and related materials belong to Vinta Automations. Your use of our services does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

These Conditions do not limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Conditions or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
• We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, war, government action, internet outages, or power failures.

10. Force majeure

We will not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Conditions if the failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, power outages, or internet service disruptions. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible of any force majeure event and use reasonable efforts to resume performance.

11. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises from these Conditions or our services, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria.

12. Governing law

These Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Algiers, unless the parties agree to an alternative resolution mechanism.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it valid and enforceable.

14. Changes to these Conditions

We may update these Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on our website and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of our website or services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Conditions.

15. Entire agreement

These Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and End User License Agreement, form the complete agreement between you and Vinta Automations. They replace all prior agreements and understandings on the same subject.
