End User License Agreement

1. License grant

When you subscribe to VintaOS, Vinta Automations grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the VintaOS platform for the duration of your active subscription. This license is limited to the number of academies covered by your subscription plan.

2. Scope of use

This license permits you to:

• Access and use the VintaOS web application through supported browsers.
• Create and manage academy profiles, student records, teacher profiles, schedules, billing records, and activity logs within the Service.
• Export your data as CSV files from within the Service.
• Allow an unlimited number of staff members to access the Service under your academy account, each using a personal PIN.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Service or any part of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Service.
• Sublicense, sell, resell, or redistribute access to the Service.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service.
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Circumvent any technical limitations, rate limits, or access controls of the Service.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, code, design, graphics, documentation, and trademarks, is the property of Vinta Automations and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the Service to you. You receive only the license to use described in this Agreement.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant Vinta Automations a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. This license terminates when your data is deleted from the Service.

We will not use Your Data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party components

The Service may include third-party software components (such as open-source libraries) that are subject to their own license terms. These third-party licenses do not change the terms of this Agreement. A list of third-party components and their licenses is available upon request.

7. Updates and changes

Vinta Automations may update, modify, or add features to the Service from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain backward compatibility but may occasionally make changes that affect existing functionality. We will notify you of material changes that significantly alter how the Service works.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Vinta Automations disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available without interruption.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vinta Automations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Term and termination

This Agreement is effective from the date you first use the Service and continues for the duration of your active subscription. Either party may terminate this Agreement as described in the Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. You may request export of Your Data within thirty (30) days of termination. After that period, Your Data is deleted.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Algiers.

12. Entire agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Vinta Automations regarding the use of the Service.
