DMCA Policy
Note: The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States law. While Vinta Automations is based in Algeria, we respect copyright holders worldwide and have adopted this policy as a best practice. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, we will respond to your notice regardless of jurisdiction.
1. Our commitment
Vinta Automations respects the intellectual property of others. We expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content on or accessible through VintaOS infringes your copyright, we will investigate and take appropriate action.
2. What VintaOS hosts
VintaOS is a school management platform. The content on our servers consists of:
- Data entered by academy owners and staff (student names, schedules, billing records, notes).
- The VintaOS software itself (owned by Vinta Automations).
- Profile pictures uploaded by users.
We do not host user-generated content for public consumption. All data within VintaOS is private to the academy that created it.
3. Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its location on the Service (URL or description).
- Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

5. What happens after we receive a notice
- We will review your notice within five (5) business days.
- If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- We will notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed, along with a copy of your notice.
- The user may file a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.
6. Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or that you have authorization to use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our copyright agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to error or misidentification.
- Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
7. Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are identified as repeat copyright infringers.
